Thursday: Shift It!
If you're having a low moment right now - or a down right crap day, then shift your focus and shift your physiology! Get up, change places, have a stretch, go for a walk and shift your focus to something else. Think of 10 things you are grateful for - yes, 10! Whatever we focus on increases. Shift your focus to a time you were full of energy and happiness - watch how your physiology changes to a much more positive state. Go on, try it and shift it! ;)
