...Our pious predecessor women of Islam and the Mother of Believers did not spend their valuable moments crying over attachments and broken hearts. You want inspiration and motivation? Go study their lives and then emulate it! They were the true Ambassadors of Islam. If the Qur'an does not soothe your hurt soul then nothing can or will! If you want to succeed in your life as a Muslim then get up and make your dreams happen. The more you continue to blind follow the more stuck you'll remain!

...Be courageous and listen to your heart. God will guide it to what you need to do and what you need to let go off. Just be calm and listen. Sometimes people will tell you that your heart is weak, makes mistakes, is foolish etc etc. But the fact is when you say that, you're running away from your own inner knowing that God placed within you. Don't blame the heart like it's something bad and needs to be punished. Learn to listen to it. We ask God; 'Guide us to the straight path' and when He (swt) does we go in a frenzy and blame the heart. What's up with that? If you truly believe that God will guide you to the straight path then listen to His guidance - listen to that 'knowing' within you. Or stay stuck in a miserable rut. Your choice. Choose well! :) ...If God is not the centre of our world and if we don't remember Him from our core and depths of our heart and soul at least once daily then there is something really not right. Doesn't matter if we wear hijaab/niqaab or have beards. We always point fingers at those who don't observe the outer religious garment however many of these same people are distracted daily by shiny objects. What shiny objects? Fashion, beauty, makeup, hijaab tutorials and what matches with what outfit. There's a place for everything in life. Clearly when God is not our priority then we have broken hearts and torn souls - we are unhappy and restless.
...My days are spent spreading love and light and giving hope to those who only see darkness. Soul and Heart therapy not just for them, but me also.
Thank you God, walhamdulilah *Khaapy* :) ...If you make time for God, then God will make time for you. If you walk to Him, He will run to you. So the question is, what's stopping you? Turn towards the Light Himself - that's where our Soul Therapy and Heart relief lie. The choice is yours now.
Your heart and soul are precious. Take care of them! If you don't respect and take care of them then don't expect anyone else to - it's not their responsibility, but yours! :)
...The Qur'an is a nourishment and gives life to our dying heart and soul. Read it daily and connect with your Rabb. Qur'an is for life - not just Ramadan. If we can facebook every day - we can Qur'an every day. Connect with the Book of Allah and see how life starts to get better iA.
...Want daily heart and soul therapy? Want some peace and happiness? Want to think things through calmly? Then forget sweet nothings and quotes! Start and end your day with Prayer and Qur'an. We turn our backs on our Creator and then we wonder why there is no peace in our lives. No amount of human connection can give us true heart and soul therapy that connection with our Rabb gives Walk to Him and He shall run to you!
...Seriously though, whose ever achieved greatness or left a legacy behind after having a broken heart? They may have been inspired by a broken heart but is that what life is all about? Crying over spilled milk? How about give ourselves permission to be human, to have and go through human emotions and then come out stronger? We have only one life and this moment is all we have. Did God just create us to cry over broken hearts? Yes it happens, its life. But seriously our pious predecessors did not leave a legacy behind because someone broke their heart. So its time to stop wasting our precious time and finally take control of our emotions and life. Enough of reading those heart breaking quotes and re-living those hurtful emotions. Seriously you're better than that and God created you for something better! Cease this moment insha'Allah
...We all want to be loved. We all want to belong. We all want respect. We all want this from others. This is our expectation. But how many of us love and respect ourselves? Most days we're running away from our own issues, our own lives, our own souls. Yet we seek from others. If we can't love and respect ourselves firstly then why should anyone else love and respect us?
