...You know we will never achieve inner soul peace if we spend all our days focusing on the external - outer beauty. No amount of make-up or pretty hijaab styles will ever get us close to our Rabb. When we turn to Allah in ibaadah He's not examining our external. Too much focus on make-up and hijaab styles. When we're in our shroud we won't have non of that. Purification is half of faith - not make-upd faces or funky head gear. Don't become blind followers. Be open to the truth. Work on your soul - the real you. Its time to work on your self-esteem and that comes by accepting yourself and loving yourself just the way you are!

...If we focus on the outer beauty too much then we lose focus on the inner beauty. When our inner core is at peace and ease then it'll shine through us and beautify our outer core. Focus on what's on the inside. If not now then when?

...Beauty is skin deep. We end up spending so much time in front of the mirror looking at the minor flaws and feeling insecure and making them so big in our minds eye that we can't see the good things. Today when you look into the mirror, look into your eyes and say, 'Alhamdulilah' - because it could be worse but its not! And remember You Are Beautiful - just the way you are! Work on your heart and soul and you inner beauty will shine on the out insha'Allah :)
