...You know we all have issues. But its how we react and deal with our emotions when issues arise that make or break us. We have control over our thoughts and emotions. Connect to your heart and soul. Listen to them. If not now then when? Happiness is in this moment right now.
...Happiness is in the now - in this moment - not when you've achieved a goal - although that will also make you happy. If you can't enjoy the journey you won't never enjoy the destination when you finally reach it. Be happy now :)
...You are like a beautiful butterfly. Spread your wings and fly. The only one stopping you is you. Decide now and become the better, happier and content you. Well, you only have one life here on earth, so if not now then when? :)

The only limitations in our life are the ones we place on ourselves. Even if you're locked up - your mind is still free and your soul is free. Limit yourself and you limit your life, dreams, goals. Happiness is not a miracle pill. Fix your thoughts and emotions and you're fixed. You're not broken. You just think you are. If you start counting your blessings you'll run out of excuses. Want peace, solace and happiness. Go be it. People can guide you - but you have to act on it. Its our negative thoughts which lead to negative habits and behaviour. We're responsible. No one else. You're free to be who you want to be. The question is are you being you or using excuses and saying; 'so and so won't let me'? Be You!
...Life really is just too short! Drop those grudges. Tell your family and friends how much you love them. Forgive for the sake of Allah and release all the tension, hurt and pain. After all, this life is temporary and although we can enjoy this life and use it for goodness (if we don't do good in this world how will we get jannah in the next?) we're not here for ever. When we focus on the negative too much we conjure up alsorts of crazy thoughts in our mind which never happened or would never happen and then that makes us spiral downwards even more. Time to be happy - YOU were created happy! I've got three steps for practising happiness - I'm going to share it with YOU - I'm going to record it for you iA! :)

And remember God heals everything :) ...Ones heart and soul truly desire peace, happiness, contentment, spirituality and connection with Oneness. Our souls were created on the fitra - the natural disposition - and were created happy. Ponder and reflect upon the verses of the Qur'an, study the life of the Prophet and all the pious predecessors. Perfect your ibaadah, your salah and create time every day to some quietness - let your mind let go of all the thoughts. Just experience quietness and see what it does to your heart and soul...
