...Focus Your Focus and Stay Focused!
What you focus on expands - you get more of it. Would you like more of a good thing? Would you like more in your worship - more concentration and closeness to God? Then focus your focus! Those who have 'Concentrated Focus' achieve the best results and are among the most successful. When horses are racing they have blinkers so they remain focused - they look ahead. You will come across many distractions and negativity - from people and opportunities - but you must remain positively focused as this is the only way that you will stay on course. Yes you will fall and you will get hurt but when you know what you value and you put in 150% of your passion to make it happen then you will focus. It is a skill to learn, a habit to form and it doesn't happen over night but you must start to develop it NOW! I still have my days when I become unfocused but I remind myself of God's blessings - I remind myself that I value what I'm working on and I will put in 150% of my passion to make it happen. You can do it to - I believe in YOU, God believes in YOU - do you Believe in YOU? Focus your focus and stay focused as this is a sure method for your success - whether at school, college, university, work, friends, family - focus your focus - be in the present moment - make an intention to focus and complete the task and succeed. ...How passionate are you about your life?
How do you perceive passion? Do you see it as a deadly sin which you need to run away from or do put all your energy and emotions into what you believe in? Yes, if the energy is not channeled correctly then it can go all wrong - very wrong! But if you channel your passionate energy correctly then sky is not your limit! You were created to shine - raise the bar and reach for the stars. The only limitations are the ones you set yourself - become free and dream with your eyes open and achieve what you believe - work hard and be passionate about your beliefs. All those who have ever succeeded in life channeled their energy positively and lived with passion. They passionately believed they could achieve and they did. Turn to God for guidance and He (swt) will show you what you can achieve - and He (swt) will open all the doors for you - He (swt) will create all the opportunities. If you value your life and believe in your dreams then raise the bar and reach for the stars. Put ALL your passion into what you believe in and you will succeed. Aim for the highest, hope for the best, make a little prayer and let God do the rest! Go Be Passionate, channel your energy correctly and positively achieve your dreams! ...Honour Your Values and Don't Violate Them. If you honour them then you'll be successful but if you violate them then you'll be in a perpetual state of pain and guilt.
Your values are important to who YOU are - honour them! If one has set standards for oneself then one needs to work on them night and day - continuously. In life there are no quick fixes - only through patience and perseverance does one succeed. Everyone has a different set of values. If one wants to excel in spirituality for instance and one does not pray, connect to God and His words, then one can be in a state of guilt. One should surround oneself with friends whom honour your values as much as you do - they won't let you go wrong - ever. But will help you be accountable for your values and if you honoured them or not. Our mind is a powerful organ and understands instructions - both positive and negative - it acts upon what we instruct it with. The subconscious mind is so powerful that one does things without thinking almost or realising I.e brushing teeth or driving car or making tea etc. God says that He does not change the condition of a people until they don't change themselves. Fear can lead to bad and wrong decisions. Being courageous leads one to more and successful opportunities. You get one shot at life - make sure you make the most of it and the old and wise say always consider your decisions and whether they would make your parents happy. Honour your values and work towards them daily. If you slip up - then get back up. And when you know what your values are then making decisions will be easy. God has not created us to be in pain and guilt - and do not be misguided once guided. Honour your values and hopefully all of ones thoughts and actions will be aligned. |
