How do we deal with people? Are we kind and considerate or do we always want things our way only?
"The manner you deal with people in is the same manner Allah will deal with you, both in this world and the hereafter" (Ibn al-Qayyim). ***Reflection Moment*** Now how do we really treat people and after reading the above how

Ibn Qayyim Al Jawziyyah (RA) said: "Deeds without sincerity are like a traveller who carries in his water-jug dirt. The carrying of it burdens him and it brings no benefit."
So on this Friday and as the year ends let's all look back at what we have achieved, what we would like to achieve and let's make a promise to check our intentions and sincerity daily and ask Allah az wajal to but barakah and grant us tawfeeq in all that we do and to do all for His sake alone - ameen! Sometimes Allah breaks your spirit to save your souls.
Sometimes, HE breaks our heart to make us whole. Sometimes, Allah allows pain so we can be stronger. Sometimes, Allah sends us failure so we can be humble. Sometimes, Allah allows illness so we can take better care of ourselves. Sometimes, Allah takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything HE gave us. Make plans but understand that we live by Allah's grace. 'Resolutions require only words. Results take action'.
So resolute and take action - for the only limitations are the ones we place on ourselves. Step out of your comfort-zone and do the one thing you always wanted to do or learn. If you want to achieve your goals then for each one break it down and make a step-to-step plan and do one thing right now to make that goal a reality iA. So, go on, resolute and take action to achieve those results to achieve your dreams. ...Who do YOU call on when YOU need help??
Sure, fam, friends, teachers etc can help (and so can WBI iA!) - but where does our ultimate source of help come from??? This has inspired me - hope it inspires YOU too! “Oh you who believe, if you help Allah, He will help you and make firm your feet”. (47:7) And... ..."He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things." [65. Surah At-Talaaq :3] Don't never feal as Allah is always near! :) So call on Him today and see your life transformed and changed for the better iA! Do you remember when you were little and you had a dream to be something or someone great?
You knew without a shadow of doubt that you were special?? Forgotten your childhood dreams and all that you planned and imagined you would be one day??? ***Reflection Moment*** You can still be it if only you allow yourself and give yourself permission to be the best version of you. Those dreams you had as a child were not in vain but were trying to help you on your journey as you got older. Dream again - this time with your eyes open - and make your dreams come true. Allah is with you not against you! "You say that you are just a body, but inside of you is something greater than the Universe." Imam Shafi (rahimullah) You can also be someone great or achieve something great. Don't just be inspired by our glorious past and the giants of Islam - but now its your turn to write history, to make history and to live history! It's not just passion, energy and 'I-know-how-to-goal-set-to-achieve' attitude we need in life - but we need DESIRE!
It needs to be deep-rooted within our heart and soul. We need to plant the seed of desire in ourselves if we want to achieve. I read an article via FB and it's really been an emaan booster and even a desire booster to achieve all my different goals in life to iA attain the highest of Jannah al-Firdaus in the akhira. http://aarahman.blogspot.com/2008/09/how-to-become-hafiz-part-1.html I pray you all benefit from this article and always remember; 'What works for you - works for YOU!'. http://aarahman.blogspot.com/2008/09/how-to-become-hafiz-part-1.html Yeah, sure, we get tips and advice etc but no two people are the same and no two people will learn the same way - so use different methods and come up with some unique ways of your own as well iA. Go ahead and read on and always remain hopeful and never despair of Allah's mercy! http://aarahman.blogspot.com/2008/09/how-to-become-hafiz-part-1.html We all know that Allāh has many names.
Of them are 99 that are extra special and most of these names center around the concept of mercy and forgiveness. Ponder over the names of Allāh! Ar-Raḥmān & ar-Raḥīm (the One who has Mercy & the Ever Merciful); al-Ghaffār & al-Ghafūr (the One who Forgives & the One who will be able to remit all of your sins); al-`Afū (the One who erases); at-Tawwāb (the One who causes you to repent and then accepts that repentance). Shaykh Yasir Qadhi ...Never despair of the Mercy of Allah! :) 1. ...'Look for the wisdom of God in everything that happens in everything that you do'. Dr. Umar Abd-Alah
2. 'Oh Allah, give me eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad and a soul that never loses faith - ameen!3. 'I can do all things through God who gives me strength!'Have that as your daily positive motto and with firm belief go out and make your world a reality - and insha'Allah you will succeed! :) Let others 'Live', we are all on a unique journey.
Yes the ultimate vision is Jannah al-Firdaus, but don't knit pick on peoples bad/negative habits. We all have bad/negative habits which we need to work on iA. Give them nasiha or even practical examples - and anyway change starts within each of us - if we be the best version of us upon the deen then iA that will be reflected and it will soften the hearts of others and it'll be easier to advice them and help them through. Always remember - we've all been there and we were all guided. Whomsoever Allah guides non can misguide! So Live and let's others Live and stop putting them down - that will only take them further away from the deen and from Allah. |
