..Each of us has the ability to inspire another soul. Don't be selfish and keep all the inspiration and motivation for yourself. There's enough to go around the universe. So inspire and motivate another soul to make positive changes in their life and you shall also have equal share in the goodness insha'Allah.

We need to help ourselves to help others. This means we need to work on our heart, souls, families to be of greater use to the Ummah. The Ummah is suffering today because of us all - we're all responsible because we have all become selfish and always put our needs first. Yes we need to take care of number one but we need to become more proactive. Dua and ibaadah are our weapon, dhikr is our shield but being proactive is obligatory as well - not just in politics, law, media but actually doing something physically to help our oppressed Ummah who should be free like us. Let's make dua that Allah truly makes us proactive and useful humans!
...Give yourself a break sometime. Each of us only has 24 hours in a day and in that 24 hours we take in so much information, news, facts etc. It can become overwhelming for the mind, body and soul. Take time out and spend it reflecting whilst sitting or walking outside - spend time with nature, it'll comfort your heart and soul insha'Allah.
Right everyone - grab your tasbee's, get off fb and start doing some dhikr because verily in the remembrance of Allah do ♥'s find rest and also its the time between Asr and Maghrib prayer (UK) so duas, duas and duas! Especially Gaza right now and not forgetting Syria, Burma, Kashmir and all the places we don't know/hear about as well as every soul and creation of God.
Its the start of the New Islamic Year 1434 AH. Get motivated to make the best of this coming year insha'Allah!
Here's some quick inspiration and motivation to kick start this New Year: The art of mastering anything/any field is to give yourself (enough) time and sure enough you shall have it mastered! Inspiration for the night (day)...
When I was 18 years old and at college I studied a subject called 'A-Level General Studies'. In one of our assignments we had to write about our goals and ambitions and what we really want to do and be. I wrote; 'I want to be a writer'. After receiving the marked paper I looked at the comments section and the teacher wrote; 'Nadia, don't say you 'want to be' - just write!'. Although I've been a writer and wrote my first little book at age 10, these were powerful words from my teacher. I just remembered and thought share with y'all. Moral? Don't say - just go do it! What inspiration can YOU take from this? :) "My heart is afraid that it will have to suffer," the boy told the alchemist one night as they looked up at the moonless sky.
"Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a second's encounter with God and with eternity." The Alchemist; Paulo Coelho What is 'Disease'? Its when the body is at 'dis-ese'. Our internal state affects our external state. If we work on healing our emotions, our heart, our soul then insha'Allah our external will also heal because our external reflects our internal state.
The real struggle is the struggle of the soul - to remain on the path of righteousness. The sooner we stop looking at others, their profiles, their daily lives and updates, the judging then the sooner we can start fixing ourselves. This struggle is constant and continuous. Our pious predecessors have written many volumes on this subject - here at 'WBI' we barely touch the surface (I'm studying this area in depth and will bring you courses and workbooks on this subject.) Let's fix up before we get fixed up insha'Allah!
...If you give up then in effect you are closing the doors to opportunities yourself. God is still there, always has been and always will be. So, as long as you hold on to Him you will always see the opportunities insha'Allah! ♥
