...Don't fool yourselves. Don't listen to them. You're not broken. You're already whole and complete. Things happen in life which swerve us off course. But when things happen they are in fact lessons - those which help us understand our journey, our life and help us make the right decisions. You don't need someone to make you whole again - except Allah. Turn to Him in prayer and remembrance and ask Him to heal your heart and soul. Don't just read this - run to Him now!

It's not just about PMA - positive mental attitude - there's a way to actually develop that - it's about our thoughts, words, actions behaviour. It's about believing in the Divine and being hopeful. It's about our intention and sincerity. It's about working hard. It's about living on purpose, with purpose. It's about our ultimate vision - keeping the end in mind - Jannah al-Firdaus.
...If you don't like what you do, work or study - then change it. You do have the power to change your situation. You have power to change your thoughts. And once you change your thoughts you'll clearly see opportunities to better your situation. Maybe no one told you you have the power. Maybe someone always put you down. Look at their life and look at yours. Maybe they are 'living the life' or maybe they are 'stuck in a rut' - that will answer a lot of your 'why' questions. So go ahead right now and come up with three different things/ways you can start making some positive changes in your life. ...To begin to make positive changes in our lives and to start eliminating bad habits and replacing them with good ones we need to deal with the emotional stuff - yes, that stuff which we keep buried and surfaces every time we start taking a step towards positive action. You may want to start reading more books, as an example, but every time you start you just can't - why? It may be linked to something way in the past and reading was involved. We need to heal that part of us. This is true for many areas of our lives.

And although it may seem like a failure on the surface, in fact deep down there is wisdom in it and a lesson to learn. Be open to possibilities. Be open to learning - from all events and situations. Its these events and situations which make you the person who you're supposed to become We're hurting so much inside that instead of dealing with that hurt we hurt others. Maybe we don't do it intentionally - but we do it! They key is to face the issues and not run away from them - to deal with them and not hide from them. So many issues of the world could be resolved if only we all started to clean up our own yard first. This moment is that opportunity. Start to heal now so others can heal too insha'Allah.
If we want to make positive changes in our life then we have to take responsibility for our life. We can't go a life through blaming others. Enough is enough! You were created for greatness and you too can live your best life - if you give yourself permission and allow yourself to be you.
