One of the many aspects about coaching and mentoring clients that I enjoy is accountability. Not just for the clients but for myself also. How and why? Well, for the clients they know that someone is there to listen, guide and believe in them so they give it their all to achieve and work through their limiting beliefs - to break through them and break into freedom. For me it's through my own daily personal and spiritual development and so I continue to do 150% and give 150%. Its a win win situation. I grow as well as the clients - hamdulilah! :)
...You have as much as you believe you have! If you always believe that you don't have enough (money/intelligence/good looks/education/work/biz/relationships) then you will never have enough. Just look into your own life and see what you have - because trust me there's plenty in this world who would die to get a little of what we have. Count your blessings. Say, 'Alhamdulilah'. It could be worse - but its not! :)
...You ARE what YOU think you are! So think good about yourself because God created you a good soul - keep nurturing it with goodness and be the best insha'Allah. Keep up with your Prayers and your Qur'an and following the Sunnah. Yes we all fall, because we are human, but never lose hope and hold on to the rope of Allah! :)
...If you want to help someone make positive changes in their life then firstly make positive changes in your own and set the example and then accept people just the way they are. Doesn't matter what colour someone is, what nationality, background, social status - doesn't matter - for each living soul and creature is a creation of the One. Too many times we don't accept people for who they are and impose our beliefs and values upon them. We don't get to know them - don't know their history, psychology, ups and downs - and we think we are right and start telling them how they should live. Even when giving dawah - accept people for who they are first and connect with them first - we all have a connection - its called, 'Being Human'...
It is true to say that we as a human race are too quick to judge!
We don't look at all the facts and we blindly follow everyone else. Our pious predecessors had something very important to teach about this concept. It is reported that ‘Abdullâh b. Al-Mubârak said; It is right that an intelligent person does not undervalue three [types of people]: the scholars, the rulers, and [his Muslim] brothers. Whoever undervalues the scholars will lose his afterlife, whoever undervalues the rulers will lose his worldly life, and whoever undervalues his brothers loses his good character and conduct. Al-Dhahabî, Siyar A’lâm Al-Nubalâ`17:251. Undervaluing can also mean judging without knowing or being prejudiced. Not respecting someone's status and achievements. Being jealous and envious. As my mother always say; 'When you point a finger at someone just remember how many fingers are pointing right back at you!' ...Never think or assume that you know everything because honestly, we don't and lying to our self leads to our own souls destruction! BUT be willing to learn, try and experience. Belief is fundamental! Believe you can do something and keep telling that to your conscious mind until your subconscious believes it also. Negative thoughts are destructive but we have to train ourselves to believe in new belief systems - that is; 'we can achieve and we will achieve' and always, always keep tawwakul in Allah! :)
...Don't let anyone else's negative words, thoughts, actions and beliefs become your reality - for the One who created You believes in you and that's all that matters - so if He (swt) believes in you, then it's time for you to believe in YOU! Others perception about you is not your reality. Remember - you have One Life and One Chance in this world to make your dreams a reality and always keep your One Vision in mind - Jannah al-Firdaus! ♡
"Law of Connection - Our inner world and our outer world is connected by our THOUGHTS. Your mind (inner world) reflects your Reality (outer world), and your reality are created by your thoughts. e.g. If you have happy, successful thoughts (inner world), then your reality (outer world) will reflect happiness and success."
What if u have negative thoughts? Book 'Creating power' by Karim Hajee Now which thoughts will YOU chose? :) |
