...It's the last day of June - 6 months of this year already gone. Now is the time to have a quick look at the goals you set for this year. Be realistic. Things happen. I've completed some - and some re-starting from tomorrow insha'Allah (like my studies) and some working on. We are a working progress. Let this be a reflection moment and let this be the trigger to get us focused again and back on track insha'Allah. Always keep the end in mind - Jannah al-Firdaus

...Happiness is in the now - in this moment - not when you've achieved a goal - although that will also make you happy. If you can't enjoy the journey you won't never enjoy the destination when you finally reach it. Be happy now :)
...If you have a dream or goal you want to achieve, whether that is in your ibaadah (reading Qur'an everyday, starting Hifz or Arabic program) or duniya (work/job/study/business) then take some action NOW! Everyone who you look up to and has done it was where YOU are right now - thinking should I or should I not. Fear stops us. It can be fear of success, fear of responsibility and even fear of freedom. I mean after all these years of following someone else's routine now you're free to make your own. But take that first step. Its crucial. You owe it to your dreams. You owe it to yourself. Grab a pen and paper and in the middle write your goal. Then make three lines (branches) and write three things you will do immediately! A dream will always be a dream unless you act upon it. If I can do it then so can YOU! Ask Allah to help you and He will. Be Creative. Be Passionate. Be on Purpose. #WTHAI2013
When you have a big goal you want to achieve then remember to break it down to smaller steps. They always say; 'don't bite more than you can chew'. So here it means everyday do one thing which gets you closer to achieving your goal. The first step is always the hardest and scariest. But by taking this one step you open the doors to alsorts of opportunities. And at each step remember who can help and guide you and ask Him for help :)
...Live with Passion - because THAT is when you can achieve all your goals for deen, duniya and akhirah - insha'Allah! :)
...Isn't it time YOU unleashed your inner 'Gemnius?' You're a 'Gemnius' - a gem who is a genius. Stop selling yourself short. It doesn't do anything for you. You were created for greatness. Will you always cry over the glorious past of our pious predecessors or are you going to step up to the game. You already have the resources available to begin. WBI is not about me - but about YOU! If I died today and this page discontinued what would you do? Look around for more inspirational sites and sit here and read them or will you become the change? Become the Change - Today. God created YOU for greatness on this planet. We can't get a great spot in Heaven if we fail to do greatness for humanity on Earth. Raise the bar and step up :)
Keep your eyes on the prize - the end goal and work towards it at each moment. Jannah is for those who work hard are steadfast and stay upon the straight path - even when other paths come along to confuse you. Work hard. That's the true key of success.
...Don't create drama where there is no need! Instead focus your energies on being a better you and achieving your dreams. In the process don't forget your family, friends and all those who have helped you on the way. But remain focused. Sometimes it'll be hard - I know how that feels - but we must remain focused - our end goal is the highest of Jannah next to Allah. But we have been put in this world. So utilise the resources Allah has given you and keep tawakkul on Him. Remain focused. Train your focus insha'Allah.
It's THAT time of year AGAIN insha'Allah :)
YES! Its time to Goal-Set for your year ahead! Well I've heard from many coaches that they review and set their goals in Ramadan. Its Eid, so why not review your goals from last year and set some new ones or re-define your goals from last year? I've already set mine through Ramadan and it has inspired and motivated me to achieve. I will write the plan for the year ahead on A3 paper insha'Allah and then bismillah :) |
