À ♥ without the Qur'an is a dead ♥. Ask yourself; 'How much time do I give to the Qur'an daily'. All the answers you're looking for are in there. Its the #1 self-help Book not a shelf-help book and if the shelf was made from wood then wood came from a tree that was living and breathing. Maybe the shelf is more at peace than the human soul! *Reflect*

...Do something great today! Become self-less and go encourage a discouraged soul to live. Tell them God loves them and this moment of despair will soon end. Be a shoulder for them. Hear them out. Then connect them back to Allah. Give them some dhikr or duas they could read. Leave them in a better state than you found them in. Put your worries aside for a moment and help them. See how things turn around positively for you insha'Allah :)
...Start from where you are and with what you have. Each of us has the exact same 24 hours in a day to make or break our situation - to move forward or to move backwards in our life. Each of us already has the resources available to begin making positive changes in our world. We just need to spend some time recognising these resources. Reflect. Ponder. Discover. And begin insha'Allah.
Its the start of the New Islamic Year 1434 AH. Get motivated to make the best of this coming year insha'Allah!
Here's some quick inspiration and motivation to kick start this New Year: The art of mastering anything/any field is to give yourself (enough) time and sure enough you shall have it mastered! Inspiration for the night (day)...
When I was 18 years old and at college I studied a subject called 'A-Level General Studies'. In one of our assignments we had to write about our goals and ambitions and what we really want to do and be. I wrote; 'I want to be a writer'. After receiving the marked paper I looked at the comments section and the teacher wrote; 'Nadia, don't say you 'want to be' - just write!'. Although I've been a writer and wrote my first little book at age 10, these were powerful words from my teacher. I just remembered and thought share with y'all. Moral? Don't say - just go do it! What inspiration can YOU take from this? :) ...A lot of things in life are; 'easy said than done.' However, if you don't try, you won't know what you can achieve. Believe in yourself. It all starts with belief. If you don't believe in yourself then you won't realise your true potential. There's a genius inside of you fighting to get out. Let it out and live your dreams. One Life, One Chance, One Vision. Focus on it and go achieve it! :)
...When you need an instant pick-me-up-peaceful boost - take a deep breath in and slowly breath out and let those issues just fall away softly like leaves from a tree. For an even more powerful boost on the inhale recite; 'La ilaha' and on the exhale 'ilAllah'. Try it for 5-15minutes, anytime, anywhere - and let me know how you feel! (I just did and this pic also helped - hope it helps you too!) :) ♥ ...Happiness is a choice. We decide how we choose to be in the moment. We choose to be either happy or sad. We choose to see the glass half full or half empty. We choose to see our life full of blessings or miserable. Happiness is our state of mind. We already have all we need to keep us happy. What we have is sufficient for us. Our inner most is always happy. It was created happy. So let's be happy! And remember God heals everything :) ...If you want to learn something, anything then you need to give your 150% and full focus. Don't give up after a few times because you find it hard but keep at it - especially if its what you wanted to do in the first place. The art of mastering anything/any field is to give yourself (enough) time and sure enough you shall have it mastered! In the UK (and across the globe) everyone will be preparing for a new term at school/college/university. Why don't YOU enrol on a course and learn something new? :)
It's THAT time of year AGAIN insha'Allah :)
YES! Its time to Goal-Set for your year ahead! Well I've heard from many coaches that they review and set their goals in Ramadan. Its Eid, so why not review your goals from last year and set some new ones or re-define your goals from last year? I've already set mine through Ramadan and it has inspired and motivated me to achieve. I will write the plan for the year ahead on A3 paper insha'Allah and then bismillah :) |
