...Each night spend 15-30mins reflecting on your day - the good, the bad and the not so pretty and what changes (if any) you need to make iA.
...After that plan your day ahead - check your diary/to-do list and goals for the next day and be prepared before hand iA.
...Each night and each morning renew your intentions for the day ahead - that all is for Allah's sake alone - and ask Allah to grant you sincerity in everything that you do iA.
Remember though - we plan but Allah is the best of all planners. So if you're plan doesn't go to plan then don't beat yourself up. Just chill, its all good iA!
Know that YOU did your best - but at that moment Allah had something else planned for you - so smile and stay on track! :)
