Time is like a river, You can never touch the same water in a flowing river twice. The flow that has passed will never pass again. Therefore make the best of the time that Allah has given us during this blessed month of Ramadan. May Allah accept our duas and shower His blessings on us insha'Allah, Ameen!

Unleash the Genius within YOU! The art of mastering anything/any field is to give yourself (enough) time and sure enough you shall have it mastered iA. Spend at least 30mins a day on studying it. Listen to audio's, read books, attend lectures and seminars, focus, take notes, review and study, get study-buddies (if you can), be enthusiastic to learn, implement, apply and pass on the knowledge. And purify your intentions and sincerity at each point. So, if you want to learn something new - just go do it. What's stopping YOU?
...Insecurities come from a place deep within where we believe we are not good enough. Maybe someone said something negative to us. Maybe we feel we're not better than the next person. YOU are perfect just the way YOU are and there's something uniquely special that only YOU can do! Don't waste precious time wanting to be the next person - live your life being happy being YOU and remember Allah judges our deeds, not our appearances!
...Too much of one thing is hazardous - like too much junk food or too much tv. Too much of this dunyia can strip the soul of peace, ease and creativity. Spend time reflecting on your journey and where you're headed. Chose jobs, studies, work which not only bring you happiness but are compatible with the deen.
...The art of mastering anything/any field is to give yourself (enough) time and sure enough you shall have it mastered! Be patient and be persistent. No one said it would be smooth sailing or a clear road ahead. There's always bumps. But its these same bumps which teach us valuable lessons. What works for you, works for you - simple. What works for others may not work for you but be inspired and motivated by them. The Key: If you want it bad then don't give up, keep trying and lots of duas! :)
...Time is ticking - each moment is our only moment - let's turn to Allah with tauba, istigfaar and hope NOW before we return to Him. Many have passed before us - many are passing as I write these words. Our ultimate purpose is to worship Allah alone and our unique purpose (our careers, jobs, hobbies, biz, daily life) should be aligned with worshipping Him alone - because that is true happiness and success both in this world and next. If we walk to Him, He runs to us - what are we waiting for?
...Use it wisely as every second counts!
If you find yourself procrastinating from doing what you should be doing or wasting time doing that which you shouldn't - then remind yourself that... "Everyone who is taken by death asks for more time, while everyone who still has time makes excuses for procrastination." Ali ibn Abi Talib When we die we are completely cut off from this life, this world - what matters then is what happens in the grave. So, if we haven't worked on collecting all the goodness in this lifetime then nothing can help us from the torments of the grave (and then the fire of hell!) This life is temporary - we are here only for a moment. The time is ticking - so get up and do what you have to do before the time is up and its too late! The choice is yours... ...Our time is limited - our life is limited - each moment of ours is the only moment - our time is extremely precious - use it - don't abuse it! Value time for it is life itself! May Allah (swt) put barakah in our time and grant us tawfeeq in our time to do all for Him alone - ameen!
...We are NOT living in crazy or mad TIMES! Let's not blame that creation of God which is in His strict obedience - but let's blame the creation which has free will and is continuously disobedient to the Creator! Its people who have gone mad/crazy not Time!
Everything in life has a KEY.
We use the KEY to unlock the treasures of life - the answers - and to help us on this journey in duniya to help us prepare for our best akhira, iA. The KEY to a peaceful, content and calm SOUL is 'Simplicity and Moderation' in all areas of your life. And the nourishment or food for the soul is the Qur'an. Read, Recite, Study, Reflect, Practise the teachings of the Qur'an daily and create a simple lifestyle with moderation. Too much spices can make you sick, too much blandness can make you lethargic. Keep it moderate, keep it simple and practise the teachings daily, iA and a peaceful, calm and content soul is a guarantee! |
